This Privacy Policy serves as our official public declaration for platform verification (including Google Play Console, Google OAuth & Cloud API Services, Apple Developer Program, Meta Developer App Verification, and web domain compliance).

Depending on which of our applications or web services you interact with, we collect and process information as follows:

A. Mobile Applications (e.g., AR Draw)

• No Personal Registration: You can use our applications without creating an account or providing personal credentials.
• Camera Access & Real-Time Processing: For features requiring Augmented Reality (AR) tracing or camera feeds, camera data is processed strictly in real-time on your local device. No video streams, live frames, or camera feeds are recorded, transmitted, or stored on remote servers.
• Local Media Storage: When using features to save drawings or snapshots, images are stored exclusively in your device's local gallery. We do not have remote access to your device storage.

B. Web Infrastructure & Services

• Log Data: Our servers automatically log standard diagnostic web traffic (IP address, browser type, requesting URL, HTTP status, timestamp) solely for system security, network performance monitoring, and anti-abuse defense.
• Direct Communications: If you contact us directly via email, we retain your email address and message history to provide technical support and handle your inquiries.

2. Use of Device Permissions

Our applications request permissions only when necessary for core functions:

• Camera Permission: Required solely for real-time AR overlay projection onto physical paper.
• Storage / Photos Permission: Required solely when you explicitly choose to export or save a generated image to your device photo gallery.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We strictly enforce a zero-sharing policy for personal data:

• We do not sell or rent personal data to any third parties or data brokers.
• We do not employ third-party behavioral tracking, cross-site profiling, or targeted ad networks inside our verification-scoped applications.
• Information may only be disclosed if legally mandated by a valid court order or law enforcement request under applicable law.

Our applications designed for general audiences and families (such as AR Draw) fully comply with COPPA and GDPR child protection guidelines:

• We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EU).
• No registration, social features, public forums, or behavioral profiling exist within our child-directed applications.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Because we do not maintain centralized user database accounts or collect personal profiles:

• All application data remains localized on your physical device and is automatically erased upon application uninstallation or clearing of app storage.
• If you have communicated with us via email and wish to request the deletion of your email records, please submit a deletion request to mohamed.hussein.abdulmonem@gmail.com. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.

7. Information Security

We maintain industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards (including TLS/SSL encryption for web endpoints and strict access controls) to protect network traffic and data integrity.
