• You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our software or mobile application binaries.
• You agree not to exploit our Services for unauthorized commercial redistribution or automated data scraping without prior written authorization.

For applications offering interactive features (such as drawing, Augmented Reality tracing in AR Draw, or local export options):

• Ownership of Creations: You retain full ownership and copyright of any drawings, artwork, or snapshots you create using our applications.
• Local Storage: Your creations are saved locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of user-generated artwork nor do we access or copy your artwork to remote servers.

When using our Services, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt our web servers, networks, or connected security mechanisms.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, trojans, or automated bots designed to compromise system performance.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Digitexc or MH_ARCHITECT.

5. Mobile Application Permissions & Hardware Usage

Certain Services require specific hardware capabilities (such as camera access for Augmented Reality features or local media storage access for saving artwork):

• Permissions are requested directly through your operating system interface (iOS / Android).
• Disabling required permissions may limit or prevent specific features within the application from operating properly.
